Authorised Representative:
Priyesh Sathdav is the Key Individual of the Company and is authorised to render intermediary services, as defined under the FAIS Act, in respect of the financial products for which the Company is licensed and for which he meets the prescribed fit and proper requirements.
The Company accepts legal responsibility for all activities conducted by the representative, provided such activities fall within the scope of a valid employment contract or mandate.
Conflicts of Interest:
The Company has adopted a Conflict of Interest Policy, which is available for viewing on its website.
Complaints:
In the event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service you may contact the Company at the address shown at the beginning of this document.
If your complaint relates specifically to a representative of the Company, you may address your concerns in writing to Priyesh Sathdav, a registered key person of the Company, at the same address.
In the event that the Company is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer the matter to the FAIS Ombud within six (6) months of receiving the notification. The Ombud provides an independent and impartial mechanism for resolving complaints relating to inappropriate financial advice.
