付款方式
The term ‘instant’ means that the transaction will be completed within seconds, without manual intervention from our financial department specialists. If a transaction is not processed instantly, we will complete it within 24-48 hours. Please note, your bank or payment service may take additional time. We are not responsible for any delays caused by payment systems. Additionally, we reserve the right to adjust processing times for deposits and withdrawals without prior notice.
YWO only accepts payments directly from the account holder and does not accept third-party payments. All deposits made into your trading account must match the name of the registered account holder.
Should YWO be notified of a chargeback, it reserves the right to close any open positions and recover any associated losses or fees. If there are insufficient funds in the client’s account, the client agrees to deposit the necessary amount to cover the loss or fee.
YWO will only cover fees related to client deposits and withdrawals that are charged by its acquiring banks and payment processors.
Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method or gateway used for the initial deposit.
Upon receiving a withdrawal instruction from the Client, the Company will process the request within one (1) working day, provided the request is received during normal trading hours. If the request is made outside of normal trading hours, the one-day period will begin from the next business day.
